HR Manager (Renowned Conglomerate)

About this Employer

One of the renowned conglomerate with multiple diversified businesses in Hong Kong, China and are looking for a Human Resources Manager to support the Head of HR at the corporate level.

Responsibilities:

• Act as HRBP to manage end-to-end HR functions

• Lead all HR Corporate functions including compensation & benefits, recruitment, talent management, HRIS, payroll processing, learning & development, performance management, engagement initiatives and employee relations, etc;

• Manage the strategic planning & implementation of HR Policies and revamp Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and KPI settings for the workforce at both corporate level and frontline level;

• Develop and implement performance management system to continuously drive employee excellence to enhance employee skills and support career development & succession plan;

• Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned by the top management, including C-Level executives;

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Humans Resources Management or Business Administration, or related disciplines.

• At least 10 years experience in all-rounded HR & Administration and skilled in HR transformation with at least 5 years at managerial level.

• Strong leadership and able to work in a large organisation matrix structure and able to work in a fast-paced working environment.

• Previous working experiences in large conglomerate or public organizations

• Mature, proactive and details-oriented in performance management.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
