Role & responsibilities

• Manage the HR Operations
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Develop and monitor HR policies, systems, and procedures across the organization.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.
• Manage internal HR, attendance and admin operations

Preferred candidate profile

1. Experience: Minimum 10 years of Experience as HR in Indian Manufacturing Company
2. Minimum 10 Years Experience in Employee relationship
3. Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR.
