Key Responsibilities | 岗位职责

1. Full-Cycle Headhunting & Talent Acquisition | 全流程猎聘

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for social hiring and senior-level positions (Trust, Insurance, Identity Planning, etc.) across mainland China, Hong Kong, and overseas markets. Proficient in Direct Sourcing, with a strong "proactive hunter" mindset to deliver results efficiently.

负责国内、香港及海外社招与高阶岗位（信托、保险、身份规划等）的全生命周期招聘，精通 Direct Sourcing，具备极强的"主动出击"猎聘狼性，高效交付结果。

2. Business Support & Performance Incentive (HRBP) | 业务支援与绩效激励

Support employee onboarding and relationship management; participate in the design, calculation, and implementation of business-line incentive schemes and bonuses — leveraging HR strategies to directly drive business growth.

协助推进员工入职与关系维护，参与业务线激励方案设计、奖金核算及落地，用 HR 手段直接赋能业务增长。

3. AI Innovation & Process Optimization | AI 创新与流程优化

Heavily utilize AI tools to maximize HR workflow efficiency, leveraging technology to achieve cost reduction and productivity enhancement.

4. Overseas Employer Branding | 海外雇主品牌建设

Serve as the professional interface for overseas markets, deliver high-standard candidate experiences, and build and maintain a strong overseas employer brand image.

作为海外市场专业窗口，交付高标准候选人体验，搭建并维护海外雇主品牌形象。

5. Ad Hoc Projects | 其他项目

Flexibly handle ad hoc initiatives or assignments from leadership within an innovative team environment.

Requirements | 任职要求

Industry Background | 行业与从业背景

• Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of HR experience, with a headhunter background preferred
• Familiarity with recruiting for wealth management and family office companies across mainland China, Hong Kong, and overseas — covering sales, product, and operations roles
• 本科或以上学历；3年及以上 HR 工作经验，猎头背景优先
• 熟悉国内、香港及海外财富管理、家族办公室公司的销售、产品、运营等岗位招聘
