HR Operations & Process Improvement:
- Create, update, and implement HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain HR records and tracking systems across project management and CRM tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Dynamics 365).
- Prepare regular HR metric reports (turnover, time-to-hire, headcount tracking) for the C-suite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a strong plus).
- 4+ years of proven HR generalist or HR management experience.
- Solid working knowledge of US labor laws, compliance frameworks, and multi-state workforce management.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail, documentation skills, and process rigor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong executive presence.
- Proficiency with modern workplace tools: Microsoft Office Suite / Microsoft 365, Slack, and project tracking tools like Monday.com.
- Must be a US Citizen residing in the United States (mandatory for government contracting compliance).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior HR experience supporting US government contractors, defense suppliers, or SDVOSB environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
