HR-Manager（Singapore）

About the role

This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment and supporting core HR operations including employee relations, payroll, benefits and performance management. You will ensure HR operations comply with Singapore local labour laws and the Employment Act.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, candidate follow-up and offer coordination
• Handle onboarding and offboarding, employment contract administration, respond to employee enquiries, and resolve daily staff issues
• Support payroll, benefits and performance management processes, assist with performance cycle coordination and communication
• Keep abreast of Singapore local labour laws to ensure HR operations comply with the Employment Act
• Maintain employee HR files, prepare basic HR reports and complete ad-hoc HR administrative tasks

About you

• 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience
• Practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll and performance management
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and local employment compliance requirements
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented and organised; able to independently handle daily HR work
• Retail or FMCG industry experience is preferred
