HR (Mandarin Speaker)

• Lead the end-to-end HR function and build the entire HR management system from the ground up.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, performance management, and disciplinary systems in compliance with Indonesian Labor Law.
• Handle industrial relations, labor disputes, employee grievances, BPJS, THR, overtime management, and employment compliance.
• Manage the full HR operations for both local employees and approximately 15 Chinese, including RPTKA and work permit coordination.
• Develop workforce planning, oversee recruitment and retention strategies, and reduce employee turnover in the manufacturing plant.
• Oversee General Affairs (GA) functions, including employee dormitories, canteen, security, and factory facilities.
• Lead and mentor the HR team while providing regular HR analytics and manpower reports directly to the Company Founder/Owner.
• Act as the key liaison between Chinese management and Indonesian employees, ensuring effective cross-cultural communication.

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of comprehensive HR management experience .
• Proven experience building HR systems, policies, and performance management from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, BPJS, THR, employment contracts, and employee termination procedures.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a Must.
• Experience in Chinese-owned manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
