About the role Data Analyst
You'll work with large and varied datasets every day: cleaning, analyzing, and turning them into clear insights that help the function make better decisions.
We want someone who is excited about using AI to work faster and smarter.

What you'll do

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources
• Analyze data to find trends, patterns, and insights
• Build dashboards and reports that are clear and useful to stakeholders
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive analysis, speed up workflows, and uncover new insights
• Ensure data accuracy and flag quality issues
• Work with the team to understand business questions and translate them into analyses

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis
• Strong skills in Excel and SQL
• Experience with a visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau
• Comfort working with large, complex datasets
• Genuine curiosity about AI and a track record of trying new tools to improve how you work
• Clear communication, with the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences
• Attention to detail and a sense of ownership
