HR MIS Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
• Maintain accurate employee and HR-related databases and records.
• Prepare MIS reports covering recruitment, employee headcount, joining, attrition, attendance, leave, and other HR metrics.
• Track recruitment data including open positions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, joining, and pending cases.
• Generate recruitment dashboards and reports for management review.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyse HR data and highlight trends, gaps, and key observations to management.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates from the HR team.
• Prepare headcount and manpower reports department-wise, location-wise, and designation-wise.
• Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and management presentations.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, and automated MIS wherever possible.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments to collect and verify required information.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and HR-related information.
• Support HR operations and other reporting requirements as assigned.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, filters, sorting, and data validation.
• Knowledge of Power Query / Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines and handle multiple reports simultaneously.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• HR/MBA qualification will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in HR MIS, HR Operations MIS, Recruitment MIS, or HR Analytics is preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
