Join a well-established Australian energy services business supporting major projects across the resources and energy sectors.

We are seeking an experienced HR / Mobilisation Admin to provide temporary leave cover in Canning Vale. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

The Role

• Coordinate employee mobilisations
• Arrange pre-employment medicals
• Book flights and accommodation
• Manage site inductions and onboarding requirements
• Maintain employee compliance records and mobilisation documentation
• Liaise with employees, managers and external providers
• Provide general HR and administration support

About You
To be successful, you will have:

• Previous mobilisation or HR administration experience
• Experience coordinating medicals, travel and accommodation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
