HR Multimedia (Internship)

Role Description: The Social Media Intern will support the planning and execution of Bermaz Auto's social media and employer branding content. The intern will be given the opportunity to manage the content creation process from ideation and planning through shooting, editing, posting preparation and performance monitoring.

The role aims to maintain consistent social media activity while developing a sustainable content bank that showcases the Company's people, workplace culture, activities, employee experience in an engaging and authentic way.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and create engaging social media content
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, photos and Reels/TikTok content
• Research current social media trends and propose creative ideas
• Coordinate with employees and other departments for content creation
• Prepare captions and content for weekly posting
• Build and maintain a content bank for future posting
• Monitor basic content performance and engagement
• Support employer branding and employee engagement activities

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree student in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Multimedia or any other related field
• Able to commit to a 6 months internship
• Interested in social media, content creation and video production
• Basic video shooting and editing skills
• Creative, proactive and comfortable proposing new ideas
• Good communication skills and able to work independently
• Include portfolio or previous social media/content work is an advantage

Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
