- R&R, Town hall – Once per Qtr
- Extra Support during half yearly / annual appraisal period – Dec / Apr-June
- L&OD
- New Joiner induction – monthly
- Frontend all HR Audits
- Org Charts PPT – monthly update
- Exit Interview
