HR Officer / Assistant

Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

* Maintain and update personnel records, employee files, and HR databases accurately and confidentially.

* Handle attendance tracking, leave administration, and HR-related documentation.

* Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.

* Assist in payroll preparation and liaise with relevant departments as needed.

Requirements

* Diploma or above educational level

* HR Officer: Minimum 6 years of solid HR experience, including at least 3 years at a managerial/supervisory level.

* HR Assistant: Candidates with around 3 years of HR experience will also be considered.

* ⁠Experience in the security industry is an advantage.

* Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment regulations.

* Detail-oriented, mature, responsible, and self-motivated.

* Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.

* Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing.

• ⁠HR Assistant $15,000 - $18,000
