HR Officer

1. Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, and payroll processing
2. Handle end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of employees
3. Maintain and update employee records on the ERP/HR system (Odoo)
4. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
5. Prepare HR letters, certificates, and documentation as required
6. Coordinate with PRO/government relations for visa, labour card, and related processes
7. Support recruitment activities including screening and interview scheduling
8. Address employee queries and assist in resolving HR-related issues
9. Assist in preparing HR reports for management

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
2. Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law
3. Experience in attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding & offboarding
4. Experience with ERP/HR systems (Odoo preferred)
5. Good communication and organizational skills
6. Ability to multitask and work independently
