HR Officer

Recruitment (30%)
Recruit personnel in accordance with company requirements, achieve recruitment targets for both IDL and DL, and meet the manpower needs of business departments.

Talent Development (30%)

Identify business pain points, formulate annual、quarterly learning plans. design training programs targeting managers,engineers,young talents, and line leaders, so as to boost core team capabilities.

Onboarding & Offboarding Process (15%) Manage new employee onboarding documentation, probation confirmation process, exit interviews, offboarding procedures and work handover.

Employee Relations (15%)
Organize employee activities to enhance cohesion, handle employee feedback and grievances, and maintain a positive working environment, including annual dinner, festival celebrations and other events.

Others: PVP/EP application for expatriate employees etc (10%)

Job Requirement

1. Chinese speaking (Able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with China headquarters/colleagues)

2. 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience

3. Able to handle full HR work independently

4. Hands on experience in Hiring and Training will be preferred.

5. Good execution and resilience, and cross-functional communications.
