- Recruitment metrics and MIS
- Build and maintain recruitment dashboards/MIS: open positions, TAT/timetofill, sourceofhire, funnel conversion, offer acceptance, costperhire
- Provide regular reports to TA leaders, HRBPs, and business heads to show where the pipeline is stuck or which sources are working.bu
- Process and data governance in TA
- Ensure data hygiene in the ATS/HRIS: correct job codes, stages, reasons for rejection, candidate status, etc.
- Standardize documentation (approvals, offer letters, candidate data, audit trails) and support internal/external audits.
- Insights to improve hiring
- Analyze trends: which roles take longest, where candidates drop off, which interviewers slow down the process,
- Recommend changes: redesigning job descriptions, adjusting salary bands, changing sourcing channels, or tweaking interview panels.
- Workforce planning support
- Use hiring data plus business plans to forecast headcount, hiring budgets, and resourcing needs by department/location . Prefer immediate joiner
