HR Officer

About the role

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled, detailed, and empathetic HR Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day HR operations and support employee welfare. You will work closely with and report directly to our HR Manager to ensure smooth workplace operations and legal compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR Manager with strategic people projects and company-wide HR initiatives
• Post open roles, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and lead onboarding for new hires
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR related employee concerns
• Maintain accurate digital employee records, track leaves, and prepare payroll data/inputs
• Help enforce internal company policies and ensure daily activities align with local and national labor laws
• Ensure efficient and timely roll-out of bi-annual performance review process and track implementation of 3-part assessment of probationary employees

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 2–4 years of proven experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role
• Proficiency with HRIS software, MS Office/Google Workspace, Viber app
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino with a knack for active listening
• High emotional intelligence, strict respect for confidentiality, trustworthy, and strong problem-solving abilities
