Main Duties

- Help solve work arguments and staff complaints

- Good at keeping secrets and acting with care
- Calm attitude during tough or stress-filled times
- Strong organization and computer skills
Education and Experience
- A college degree in business, psychology, or HR
- One to three years of work experience in an office or HR role
- Knowledge of basic worker safety and labor laws
