Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related business field
Proven experience in HR Work
Good communication (Oral & written) and Interpersonal skills
Critical thinking/Problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications, HRIS (Human Resource Information system) and Data Literacy.
Passionate, Proactive and objective driven
Leadership Skills
Empathy & Emotional Intelligence
Negotiation Persuasions skill
Teamwork and Collaboration skills
Sense of urgency and committed to the work and ability to do overtime when necessary.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
