Aureo La Union is a first-class luxury resort owned by Ferenzo Holdings and Development Corporation, located in San Fernando, La Union, Philippines. Ferenzo Holdings is a developer that owns the Aureo Resort and is expanding it with an 8-story hotel and convention center to support the local tourism industry.

Job Summary

The HR Officer is responsible for leading the Human Resources and Administrative functions of the organization. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits, training, and administrative operations to support organizational objectives and foster a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee engagement.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, attendance, and employee records.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and separation processes.
• Advise management on HR strategies and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2–4 years of experience in HR or related administrative functions.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills
