HR Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and background checks.
• Facilitate the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Ensure timely preparation of contracts, ID cards, and other employment requirements.

2. Employee Relations

• Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Support conflict resolution processes and maintain harmonious workplace relationships.
• Assist in the preparation of Notices to Explain (NTEs), disciplinary memos, and related documentation when necessary.

3. HR Administration & Compliance

• Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Prepare and submit reports required by management or regulatory agencies.

4. Training & Development

• Assist in identifying employee training and development needs.
• Coordinate learning sessions, workshops, and programs (e.g., Circle of Excellence).
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

5. Performance Management

• Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
• Coordinate with department heads on employee evaluations.
• Provide recommendations for employee recognition, career growth, or corrective actions.

6. HR Programs & Engagement

• Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
• Promote the company’s core values, mission, and culture through HR initiatives.
