HR OFFICER

Are you passionate about people, compliance, and payroll? We're looking for an energetic HR Executive to support our growing workforce.

What You'll Do:

✅ Process payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement

✅ Handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB & other statutory matters

✅ Maintain ISO-related HR documentation, training and other records

✅ Manage staff attendance, leave, and employee data

✅ Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities

✅ Administer and maintain the HR2000 system

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with HR2000 software
• Knowledge of ISO standards/documentation
• MUST have valid driving license and own transport
