HR Officer

We are seeking an organized and reliable HR Officer to join our team at BICC in Iloilo City. You will look after our employees from their first day to their last and keep the records behind them complete, confidential, and on time.

What you'll be doing

• Validate daily attendance from biometric logs and site records
• Administer leave, overtime, and business trip forms
• Run onboarding for every new employee from contract signing
• Track 30/60/90 milestones and quarterly appraisal rounds company-wide
• Document employee concerns and discipline cases end to end
• Keep training and employee records audit-ready

What we're looking for

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in HR administration with hands-on timekeeping, attendance and leave records, and compliance tracking.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor practices and standard employment documentation requirements, including disciplinary due process.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with strong file organization and documentation control skills.
• Experience with any HR information system or HR software is beneficial.
