HR Officer

Part Time HR Officer with at least 2 -3 Years of experience in HR

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the recruitment process, including posting job ads, organizing resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
• Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, grievances, and resolving conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Training and Development: Assisting managers in implementing training plans and creating career pathways for employees.
• Payroll and Benefits: Managing payroll, benefits, and leave administration, ensuring employees receive fair pay and benefits.
• Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with labor laws and employment standards, including updating company policies and informing employees about their rights.
• Performance Management: Conducting performance reviews and managing employee performance.
• Policy Enforcement: Enforcing company policies and practices, ensuring all employees comply with company and government procedures.
  HR Officers are expected to have a bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field, with experience in HR functions. They should possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of HR software and labor laws.
