HR Officer

An HR Recruitment Officer manages the end-to-end talent acquisition process. They source, screen, and interview job candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, extend job offers, and facilitate onboarding to ensure the organization meets its staffing needs with qualified professionals. • Sourcing & Posting: Write and post job ads on job boards, career sites, and social media platforms.
• Screening & Evaluating: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and administer skills assessments.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate second-level or final interviews with department managers.
• Offers & Onboarding: Prepare job offers, draft employment contracts, conduct background checks, and lead new-hire onboarding.
• Record Keeping: Maintain applicant data and employee files using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR Information System (HRIS). [1, 2, 3, 4]

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of proven work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Skills: Strong communication, interviewing, and time-management skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with HR software, job portals, and social sourcing tools. [1, 2, 3, 5]
