HR Officer

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented HR Officer to support the day-to-day Human Resources operations of the company. The role will handle various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll processing, employee and labor relations, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

* Maintain accurate and updated employee 201 files and HR records.

* Monitor employee attendance, leaves, overtime, and other timekeeping concerns.

* Timekeeping and payroll preparation

* Handle government-mandated benefits and coordinate with SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG as needed.

* Assist in employee relations, disciplinary actions, incident documentation, and issuance of HR notices.

* Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

* Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding/clearance processes.

* Prepare HR reports, letters, certificates, and other personnel documents.

* Respond to employee HR-related concerns and provide appropriate assistance.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

* Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least *more than 3 years of experience in HR**, preferably with experience in general HR functions.

* Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits is an advantage.

* Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information.

* Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

* Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
