HR Officer

Fibre King is seeking an experienced HR Officer to support our Rayong manufacturing operation of approximately 50 employees plus 20–30 subcontract/labour-hire personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment, interviewing, onboarding and employee induction
• Maintain employee records, HR database and job descriptions
• Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, Social Security and PND1
• Support employee relations, performance management, grievances and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with Thai labour laws and company policies
• Coordinate employee training and performance reviews
• Support ISO 9001 and SEDEX documentation and audits
• Coordinate subcontract/labour-hire personnel, including attendance, OT and payroll/invoice checking
• Assist with employee benefits, engagement activities and general HR administration
• Coordinate business travel arrangements when required

The role reflects the core recruitment, payroll, statutory and ISO responsibilities of Fibre King's HR function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• 3–5 years' HR experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environment
• Good knowledge of Thai labour law
• Experience in recruitment, payroll and employee relations
• Good English speaking, reading and writing
• ISO 9001/SEDEX and subcontract labour experience advantageous
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently
