Essential Requirements
- Qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
- 2+ years' experience in an HR Officer, HR Coordinator or similar role
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
Desirable
- Experience in consulting, professional services or technology environments
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Knowledge of ISO management systems and compliance environments
