What they need
As an HR Officer you will handle a wide variety of responsibilities within the company.
Answers employee concerns.
Communicate with Project Engineers and Safety Officers for compliance and DTR's of workers and staffs.
Handles monitoring of compensation and benefits of employees.
Manages Leave forms and other documents (e.g NTE's, NTR's ...)
Coordinate with the accounting Department if there are concerns about salaries and deductions of workers.
Make sure the company is Labor compliant
Address concerns regarding labor relations and issues
