HR Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documents.
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee information.
• Assist with payroll and other HR-related matters.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide HR support.
• Ensure company HR policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist in staff training, engagement, and company activities.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR practices is an advantage.
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Office.
