What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative work.
- Knowledgeable in recruitment, employee relations, attendance monitoring, personnel documentation, and disciplinary procedures.
- Strong communication, organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy in handling confidential employee information.
- Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with employees, supervisors, department heads, and Management.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, fairness, good judgment, and confidentiality when handling employee concerns.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced, multi-department environment and perform other HR-related duties assigned by Management.
