- Mencari dan menyaring kandidat pekerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan posisi
- Mengadakan wawancara kerja dan tes kemampuan
- Mengatur proses orientasi (onboarding) bagi karyawan baru agar cepat beradaptasi dengan lingkungan kerja
- Membuat sistem Penilaian Kinerja atau Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Mengevaluasi hasil kerja karyawan secara berkala
- Menghitung gaji bulanan, lembur, bonus, serta potongan pajak PPh 21 secara tepat waktu
- Mengelola program jaminan sosial dan kesehatan seperti BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
