What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and applicant management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, or other recruitment platforms is an advantage.
- Willing to work onsite in Santolan, Pasig City.
