- Workforce Management.
- Recruitment and Onboarding.
- Payroll and Record Support.
- Labor Compliance and Staff Welfare.
- Employee and Industrial Relations.
- General HR Operations.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Industrial Relations, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
- Professional Certification (e.g., CIPM) will be an added advantage.
