• 负责招聘工作执行，包括需求对接、渠道发布、简历筛选、面试安排及入职跟进。 2. 拓展并维护招聘渠道，建立人才储备库，优化招聘效率与到岗率。 3. 统筹实习生计划，协调校企合作及实习期管理。 4. 执行入职、在职及离职全周期流程管理，包括离职面谈与原因分析。 5. 宣导人力资源制度与行业规定，确保员工及经理知晓并遵守。 5. 协助员工关系管理，处理日常咨询、职业发展沟通及工作关系建设。 6. 维护员工档案及HR数据库，管理标准化文书与往来回复。 7. 协助职业健康安全事务及员工关系相关事项的跟进与落实。
• 具备与顾客、员工及第三方高效沟通的能力，能代表酒店、品牌及公司形象。 2. 熟悉本地劳动与雇佣法规。 3. 精通微软办公软件。 4. 具备良好的写作技能。 5. 具备招聘渠道开发与面试评估能力，能独立完成招聘全流程。 6. 具备良好的组织协调与多任务处理能力，能兼顾HR多模块工作。 7. 具备基本的员工关系处理与沟通技巧。
