- Handle employee inquiries and assist in resolving HR concerns.
- Prepare HR reports, documents, and correspondence.
- Assist in implementing company policies, procedures, and HR programs.
- Coordinate employee benefits, government requirements, and other HR-related matters.
- Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Coordinate with management and other departments on personnel matters.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
