QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to supervisory or lead HR roles.
- Solid experience in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
