HR Officer

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Design job descriptions, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and conduct induction processes for new hires.
• Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, manage day-to-day grievances, and help resolve workplace conflicts.
• Records & Administration: Maintain accurate employee databases, track attendance and leave records, and process employment letters (offers, increments, and separation).
• Compliance: Ensure company policies align with local employment and labor laws (such as PF, ESI, and gratuity where applicable).
• Performance & Training: Assist with performance review procedures and coordinate employee training or engagement programs.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
