HR Officer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Officer to join our team. This position will support a broad range of HR functions, with key responsibilities covering Payroll & Compensation, Recruitment, General Affairs, and Training & Development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll and compensation processes accurately and on time
• Handle recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Coordinate employee-related general affairs and administrative activities
• Plan, coordinate, and support employee training and development programs
• Maintain HR records, employee information, and related documentation
• Support day-to-day HR operations and other HR-related activities as assigned
• Coordinate with employees, management, and relevant internal and external parties

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
• Hands-on experience in Payroll, Recruitment, General Affairs, and Training
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Good interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
• Well-organized, responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
