Qualifications & Requirements

• Work Location: Pueblo de Panay Campus (On-site).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development Management (BS HRDM), Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR experience within an academic / higher education setup.

Technical Competencies

• Academic Labor Compliance: Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Code, academic tenure rules, faculty ranking policies, and school regulations.
• HRIS & Payroll Systems: Hands-on expertise using Human Resource Information Systems, attendance monitoring software, and statutory portal administration.
• End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding: Proven track record in sourcing, credential evaluation, and shortlisting both academic faculty and administrative support staff.
• 201 Records Management & Auditing: Strong technical skill in establishing secure, audit-ready physical and digital record-keeping systems.

Core Competencies

• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional capability to build collaborative relationships with academic heads, faculty members, administrative staff, and labor representatives.
• Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations: Tactful mediation skills for resolving interpersonal disputes, administrative grievances, and policy issues.
• Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to align campus staffing strategies with overall institutional goals and academic timelines.
• High Integrity & Confidentiality: Absolute commitment to ethical standards and data privacy in managing sensitive employee records.
