JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct recruitment activities
- Manage onboarding processes
- Assist in the development and implementation of the HR policies and procedures
- Process daily attendance monitoring and reporting
- Maintain accurate HR records
- Deal with relevant employee relations matters in line with company rules and regulations
- Responsible for the execution of the performance management and training process
