HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Manage personnel administration, including maintaining accurate employee files, issuing employment contracts, and handling official correspondence.
• Assist in processing monthly payroll data, attendance, leaves, and overtime records in coordination with the finance team.
• Handle employee relations, address inquiries, and support the implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Manage government relations tasks, including processing work visas, residency permits, Emirates IDs, and medical insurance updates (PRO coordination).
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law and internal regulatory standards.
• Prepare routine HR reports, updates, and HR metrics for management review.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar Human Resources generalist role (experience in the Construction/Contracting industry is strongly preferred).
• Solid and practical knowledge of UAE Labor Law and government portal procedures (MOHRE, ICP, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software/management systems.
• High level of confidentiality, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Pay: AED1.00 per month
