HR Officer position based in CWE – Las Piñas on an on-site basis.
Key responsibilities
- Handle tasks based on organizational needs and assigned functions
- Manage HR processes, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and payroll
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field
- At least 1 year of HR experience
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and payroll
- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- Experience working in a Chinese company is an advantage
- Willing to work Monday–Saturday, on-site
- Available to start ASAP
