HR Officer

We are looking for a responsible and people-oriented HR Officer to support and manage day-to-day human resource activities, employee relations, recruitment, HR administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, joining formalities, and induction programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, attendance, and leave details.
• Handle employee queries and support positive employee relations.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary-related documentation, and attendance data.
• Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Assist with performance appraisals, employee training, and development programs.
• Manage employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
• Prepare HR reports related to manpower, attendance, recruitment, turnover, and other HR activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of employee information.
• Support statutory compliance and maintain required HR records.
• Assist management in resolving employee-related issues and disciplinary matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
• Knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory requirements is an advantage.
