HR Officer (สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี)

Location: BTS Phrom Phong
Working : Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and prepare job offers.
• Prepare employment contracts and other HR-related documents.
• Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, probation, attendance, and leave records.
• Prepare and process manual payroll, ensuring payroll data and calculations are accurate.
• Coordinate payroll-related information with the accounting team.
• Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Thai labor regulations.
• Support employee engagement and general HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Can start working immediately.
• Strong experience in both Recruitment and HR Administration.
• Hands-on experience in manual payroll processing.
• Good knowledge of Thai labor law and HR practices.
• Good command of English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup environment will be a strong advantage.
• Experience in a holding company, corporate office, or professional services environment is a plus.
• Experience supporting multiple business units or affiliated companies is an advantage.
• Able to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
