Nature for Environmental & Agricultural Solutions (NEAS) is seeking a structured and compliance-focused HR Officer to manage core HR operations within a fast-growing environmental and contracting organization.

The role requires strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, documentation discipline, and experience in handling both direct employees and outsourced manpower.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes

· Maintain accurate and updated employee records

· Monitor visa, labor card, Emirates ID, and residency validity

· Administer leave and attendance tracking

· Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with Finance

· Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law

· Monitor outsourced manpower documentation and supplier compliance

· Prepare HR compliance and performance reports

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration

· 3–5 years HR experience within UAE

· Strong knowledge of MOHRE procedures

· Experience in contracting or project-based environment preferred

· High attention to detail and documentation control
