HR Officer

• Support daily HR administration and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee data and HR records through HRIS/ERP systems.
• Assist with employment contracts, BPJS, attendance, and other HR operational activities.
• Support onboarding, training coordination, and general HR administration.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications :

• Minimum S1 in HR, Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Administration / HR Operations.
• Familiar with HRIS and ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Law, BPJS, and related regulations.
• Good English communication skills.
• HR certification is an advantage.
• Experience in shipyard, marine, heavy industry, construction, offshore, or Oil & Gas is preferred.
