HR Officer

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Officer who is knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources and is willing to start immediately. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a wide range of HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Oversee timekeeping, attendance, and payroll coordination
• Facilitate employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
• Assist in performance evaluations and training initiatives
• Ensure HR policies are effectively communicated and implemented
• Support HR administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar role
• Strong understanding of all HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Willing to start immediately
