About us

• To assist and support in recruitment process such job advertising and interview arrangement.
• Assist in expatriates & foreign worker management including handling applications, renewal, and termination of work pass, employment pass, check-out-memo, and FOMEMA for foreign workers.
• Conduct orientation training for new staff and factory workers.
• To support on process onboarding and exit.
• To assist in monthly OT verification in ensuring accuracy and compliance with Company policy.
• Responsible for all aspects of hostel management in accordance with Act 446 and social compliance standards.
• Conduct regular hostel inspections and random spot checks.
• Work closely with purchasing/maintenance team to repair/replace hostel facilities and ensure to upkeep & well maintained.
• Ensure hostel leaders keep the hostel clean and neat with monthly cleaning duty roster in place.
• Managing the welfare and discipline of foreign workers in the hostel.
• Implement policies, procedures, and systems for managing foreign workers’ hostel.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Selangor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
