JOB DESCRIPTION: HR OFFICER

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support the effective delivery of human resource functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labour regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee documentation.

* Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

* Assist with payroll administration, leave management, and employee benefits.

* Support employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.

* Coordinate training and development activities.

* Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal HR policies.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 2–4 years of relevant HR experience; airline or aviation industry experience is an added advantage.

* Good knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR practices.

* Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR documentation.
