JOB DESCRIPTION – HR GENERALIST

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation while ensuring smooth implementation of company policies and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll processing, salary revisions, and statutory compliance, including PF and ESI.
• Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and employee relations.
• Manage offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit formalities.
• Conduct induction, probation reviews, performance appraisals, and exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain HR trackers, and support employee retention initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Generalist.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
• Familiarity with PF, ESI, and applicable labour laws.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR management tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple HR responsibilities efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
